A random picture of a local contractor's information, a phone call and a consultation appointment led to the build of our dream home in Surf City, NC. It was clearly meant to be! Throughout the entire process, both Jeff and Brandi laid out the plan and made every step simple. The icing to the cake......they were both engaging, knowledgeable, fun and we lucked out with the best contractor in town! Once the build started, Brandi introduced us to all the little intricacies you never think about when building a new house! THAT was the best part - to pick materials, design elements and so much more allowed us to create the cozy beach home we have always dreamed about.
