A random picture of a local contractor's information, a phone call and a consultation appointment led to the build of our dream home in Surf City, NC. It was clearly meant to be! Throughout the entire process, both Jeff and Brandi laid out the plan and made every step simple. The icing to the cake......they were both engaging, knowledgeable, fun and we lucked out with the best contractor in town! Once the build started, Brandi introduced us to all the little intricacies you never think about when building a new house! THAT was the best part - to pick materials, design elements and so much more allowed us to create the cozy beach home we have always dreamed about. Working with Jeff James and Coastal Carolina Contracting on the addition to our beach house was an incredibly positive experience. From beginning to end, everything was handled professionally and with integrity by all of his staff - from the office to the builders on site. We added 1000 square feet to our home and remodeled all of the existing space. Our home has been transformed as we added 1000 square feet of living space and remodeled the existing space to accommodate our growing family. We are beyond pleased with our beautifully renovated kitchen built around a spacious functional island, an incredible master bathroom with a walk-in closet, a precious bunk room for all of our grandkids, an additional TV/living/playroom with an office and shelving behind sliding barn doors, spacious porches and a great shaded concrete area by the pool. As Jeff said “Anytime we do a remodel and cannot tell the finished product is a remodel - we are pleased.” We are beyond pleased with the work they did, love our home, and consider Jeff, as well as his workers, our friends.
